Teen/Adult Swim Lessons (4 Class Session)

The Valley of the Sun YMCA believes that swimming is a life skill. The YMCA offers a wide range of swimming options to improve skills, build confidence, and teach water safety. All lessons are conducted under the supervision of YMCA certified lifeguards and taught by nationally certified swim instructors trained in CPR, AED, and First Aid. Our new swim lesson curriculum was built around extensive research and is focused on the mastery of skills in a way that provides personalized attention and lets students set their own pace.
