Youth Soccer Leagues

Valley of the Sun YMCA youth sports programs encourage kids to develop new skills and discover their potential through teamwork, healthy competition, and most important, fun. Our volunteer coaches create a supportive environment that helps guide our children through learning the essentials of physical activities, healthy development, and participation.

Pass, shoot, score! YMCA Soccer helps kids become not only better soccer players but better people as well. Players are taught basic game skills such as passing, receiving, shooting, footwork and dribbling.

Hosted in partnership with The YMCA, State 48 FC’s Recreational Youth Development Soccer League is designed as an introductory program for players ages 3 years & up. Our goal is to provide each child with an organized positive environment to play the great game of soccer. Our season runs 8 weeks with 8 practices (1 hour per week) and 7 games at the cost of $100 per player.

Practices will be held on weeknights and are ran by volunteer coaches with the State 48 FC Curriculum. Games will be coached by volunteer coaches.

The fee includes 7 games (all on Saturday mornings between 8-11am), home and away shirts, a medal for each child and one practice session per week.

Practices at Gateway Park in El Mirage.

Games will be held at Agua Fria High School in Goodyear.
