SUMMER DAY CAMP 2026
YMCA Summer Day camps provide an action-packed opportunity for children to build meaningful relationships and engage in unique experiences through a week of splashing in the pool, making new friends, learning new skills, going on fun field trips, and so much more. With a new theme each week, your camper’s summer will be full of new activities, new experiences, and memories to last a lifetime. Our holistic approach creates an environment where campers can learn values like honesty and respect, improve personal and family relationships, appreciate diversity, become better leaders and supporters…all while having fun with their friends!AGES: 5-12 years (must have completed Kindergarten)
HOURS OF OPERATION: Monday- Friday 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM *(Edison Innovation & Monterey Park 6:30am-6:00pm)
*PROGRAM CLOSED Monday, May 25th in observance of federal holidays
Traditional Camps are Licensed programs and accept DES. All DES campers please register for your location at the DES Summer Pre-Registration. (Desert Foothills is unlicened summer camp)

Tempe DES Pre-Registration Summer Camp
DES(Childcare Subsidies) Summer Camp Pre-Registration
All DES (Childcare Subsidies) participants must complete registration using this process below.
After you complete these steps below, our Childcare Administration team will contact you within 3 – 5 business days for the next steps to finalize your child’s enrollment.
To ensure your child’s registration is complete and their spot is secured, please complete the following steps:
- Join the DES Summer Camp Waitlist – Register your child(ren) for the appropriate location.
- Current DES Authorization from DES – Authorization must be valid for this specific location.
- Save a Payment Method on File – A card must be on file to cover any remaining copays or late fees. (Even if your copay is $0, this step is required to complete registration.)
All participants will be charged $0.10 per week upon registration. This amount will be applied as a credit toward their first week’s copayment once approved. If a child does not have a copayment, the $0.10 charge per week will be refunded.
