Healthy Heart Program by Dignity Health
This 4-week session is focused on making healthier choices to help reduce the risk of developing cardiovascular conditions, improve cholesterol levels and manage blood pressure. Topics discussed include nutrition, physical activity, disease management, and goal setting.

Homeschool PE
Homeschool P.E. is designed to help 5-12 year old homeschool students learn the importance of healthy living through sports and physical activities. The program utilizes the YMCA gym and is designed to include instruction in sports, gym games and aerobic/strength conditioning activities. YMCA Homeschool P.E. is a great place to meet new friends, create long lasting relationships and learn about the importance of healthy living.
