Veterans Wellness Initiative
The YMCA is proud to support those who have served our country through our Veterans Wellness Initiative—a program designed to strengthen the health, well-being, and community connection of veterans and their families.
This 12-week program provides a supportive and structured environment focused on improving overall fitness, building healthy habits, and creating lasting lifestyle change. Participants will take part in small-group sessions led by certified YMCA wellness staff, with a focus on strength training, cardiovascular health, mobility, and sustainable wellness practices.
