This Health & Safety Institute ASHI and MEDIC First Aid Child and Babysitting (CABS) training program is designed primarily for pre-teens and teens between the ages of 11 and 15 who are planning to provide babysitting services for young children and infants. The program includes instruction on the business of babysitting, proper supervision, basic caregiving skills, and guidelines on how to recognize and handle problems that may occur. This program is not designed to meet any regulatory requirements for child care providers. This training includes a certification in CPR/AED and First Aid for all ages: Adult, Child, and Infant.

This training includes 3-5 hours of online blended learning videos which will be a requirement for participants to complete in order to receive First Aid and CPR certifications. The instructor will email you the videos before the in-person class.
