Nutrition Counseling
The YMCA Nutrition Counseling Program helps clients find a healthier way of eating that is right for them. Together, the dietitian and the client will: Assess current nutritional status and discuss desired outcomes. Design a personalized nutrition care plan that is aligned with clients needs. Set SMART goals and more.
1:1 Nutrition Counseling (30 min)
Members will benefit from working 1:1 with a Registered Dietician, that listens to their unique needs and helps develop a plan that works for the individual. Evidence-based tools and strategies will be used to have the long-term success you have been waiting for.
