Your child is in for 3 hours of non-stop fun and learning! Next, they’ll head into our parkour gym to build strength, practice movement skills, and take on exciting obstacle course challenges. Finally, they’ll dive into the world of Minecraft—working together on creative building challenges, exploring virtual adventures, and learning important lessons about online safety and resource management.

Robotics for kids can be a great way to get them interested in science and engineering! It can also help them learn problem-solving skills, teamwork, and communication. Robotics can be a lot of fun for kids, and it can help them develop the essential ills that they will use throughout their life.

The YMCA’s Intro to Theatre class will teach the basic skills of stage presence, stage direction and projection. This will be to help prepare for a play at the end of the season. Theatre runs for 45-minutes and is for ages 5-12 years old. This class will be an introduction to the basics of acting for beginners and will showcase their unique talents.

Climbing Club is a Gross/Fine Motor experience for children ages 2 to 5 where children can be physical through structured play. Join our YMCA Staff through instructional activities on our Rock Climbing Wall, Ninja Gym, and Arts & Crafts! Program Participants can expect to do two separate activities per day in an effort to work on different gross motor and fine motor skills.

The YMCA’s Itty Bitty Sports Programs teach the basic skills of the sport through drills and practices with less emphasis on the game. We concentrate more on the fundamentals of the sport. Itty Bitty Sports run 45-minutes and are for ages 2-4 years old. Each participant is required to wear gym shoes and sports attire while equipment will be provided from the Y. Parent involvement with their child is required during class.
