In an effort to offer engaging opportunities to our more digitally inclined youth participants, Esports takes on the form of organized, multiplayer, online video game competitions and is one of the fastest growing trends in the sports market.

Drop in for up to two hours of guided video game activities with a weekly youth development focus. Each class students can choose from a variety of online games to play while a counselor guides them on how to play and teaches video game codes of conduct such as sportsmanship, inclusivity, communication, emotional regulation etc.

The YMCA’s Intro to Theatre class will teach the basic skills of stage presence, stage direction and projection. This will be to help prepare for a play at the end of the season. Theatre runs for 45-minutes and is for ages 6-11 years old. This class will be an introduction to the basics of acting for beginners and will showcase their unique talents.

The YMCA’s Itty Bitty Sports Programs teach the basic skills of the sport through drills and practices with less emphasis on the game. We concentrate more on the fundamentals of the sport. Itty Bitty Sports run 45-minutes and are for ages 2-4 years old. Each participant is required to wear gym shoes and sports attire while equipment will be provided from the Y. Parent involvement with their child is required during class.

A fun athletic and movement based workout program for kids! Led by a Personal Training Instructor, kids can play group games and compete in activities with friends!

Offers an inclusive, sensory-rich environment that boosts early brain development. Babies learn their ABC’s, 123’s, colors, shapes, social skills, & develop better hand eye coordination. We use music for sign along and mesh scarfs or ribbons for movement. Ages: 18 months – 2 years

This fun and engaging class will introduce our participants to basics of cheer as well as teach them a cheer chant to perform at one of our sport’s game at the end of the  season.

Parents, enjoy a night out knowing your teen will be have fun while being safe at the YMCA. There will be games and activities for friends to enjoy together, and dinner is provided.

This engaging arts and crafts class gives your child the opportunity to get their hands dirty and get creative. Each art session will focus on a different seasonal or holiday theme and allow your child to have fun and make a mess!

Tumble Tots is a beginner’s tumble program that gives kids an opportunity to work on their fine motor skills. Focusing on agility, balance, and coordination, which enhances brain development and builds confidence.

Welcome to the Wacky World of Sports! Kids are introduced to the exciting sports of basketball, soccer, pickleball, volleyball, badminton, relays, and more! Activites take place inside the gym and out at the pool. Comfortable clothing and lots of water is recommended.

A yoga class designed for children! This class is filled with games, songs, imaginative play, simple poses and activities that engage children and give them the tools to feel calmer, happier, and more peaceful inside!
