Teens in Leadership Training

Is your teen looking to build leadership skills, gain work experience, or complete volunteer hours? This program offers hands-on training in CPR/First Aid, youth engagement, job readiness, and more! Participants must complete an interview and be able to participate in the 1-week TILT Academy before starting hands-on experience. A program day will consist of three hours of hands-on leadership experience partnered with three hours of summer fun and teen focused activities. After completion of TILT Academy and hands-on experience, participants will be able to build a resume of experience to prepare for future employment opportunities.
